This website uses no advertising trackers, analytics, or nonessential cookies. If you contact us, we use the details you provide only to answer your enquiry, assess a potential engagement, and maintain necessary business records.

GrowiaCRM processes organization account details, authorized employee information, customer lead records, communications, workflow settings, and technical security logs needed to operate the service.

Meta and Google lead integrations receive lead data only after an organization authorizes the connection. Data is used to import, route, display, and process leads as instructed by that organization. Required stored data is encrypted. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or train general-purpose AI models on it.

Meta Platform Data may include the information a person submits in a lead form, Page, form, ad and lead identifiers, submission time, campaign source information, and the access credentials needed to maintain an authorized integration. Ceyral processes this data only for the brokerage organization that authorized the connection, keeps each organization's records logically separated, and does not combine it with another client's data or use it for Ceyral's own advertising or profiling.

Nori does not collect analytics or telemetry. Reading, journaling, and text-to-speech are designed to operate locally. Apple's iCloud services may sync data when enabled by the user and are governed by the user's Apple account and Apple's terms.

We retain information only while it is required to provide a service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security. Platform Data is deleted when the authorizing organization closes its account, requests deletion, the person who supplied the lead validly requests deletion, or retaining it is no longer necessary for the authorized service, subject to limited legal and backup retention. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion. See the data deletion page for the request process.

We may use carefully selected infrastructure, email, payment, Apple, Meta, or Google providers only where a feature requires them. We will update this policy when our practices materially change and publish the effective date here.
